Maserati's Grecale range is getting an update across the board, and the Modena V6 sits in an interesting spot within it — more performance-oriented than the standard trims, but styled around an outdoorsy, active-lifestyle identity rather than outright track focus. Powered by a 390-CV version of Maserati's twin-turbo V6, the Modena V6 is pitched at buyers who want a genuine step up in performance without moving all the way to the range-topping Trofeo.
Front-End Styling Follows the Broader Refresh
Like every Grecale trim in this update, the Modena V6 picks up the more pronounced "shark-nose" front fascia that now echoes design cues from the MCPURA supercar. The changes are shared across the lineup rather than exclusive to this trim, so the Modena V6's road presence comes more from its stance and detailing than from unique sheet metal up front.

The Modena trim's cabin draws on a different design brief than the rest of the lineup, aimed at customers described as having an active, outdoor-oriented spirit. Cooler hues and sharper contrasts replace the warmer tones found elsewhere, and the seats, dashboard and panels carry an embroidered, stitched graphic motif inspired by the architecture of Luigi Nervi. Dark Ash Burl wood — an open-pore, grey-toned finish — appears throughout, alongside color choices spanning classic black leather, a bold dark red or a lighter ice shade. On the Modena V6 specifically, the steering wheel is leather-wrapped with aluminum fixed shift paddles.

Maserati describes the powertrain as emphasizing smooth, confident acceleration over outright aggression, and the numbers back that framing: a 4.9-second 0-100 km/h time and a 260 km/h top speed, reaching 100-0 km/h stops in under 40 meters.
Practical Space Hasn't Been Sacrificed
Boot capacity on the Modena V6 comes in at 570 liters, matching the figure Maserati lists for the rest of the Grecale range, and the SUV's overall footprint keeps it in line with the segment's expectations for everyday usability alongside its performance credentials.
Positioned Between the Standard Grecale and the Trofeo
Within Maserati's own lineup, the Modena V6 sits above the mild-hybrid Modena and standard Grecale trims, sharing its 390-CV engine with the Grecale V6 but aimed at a more dynamic, sportier interpretation of the same platform. It sits below the 530-CV Trofeo V6, which Maserati positions as the brand's most performance-focused Grecale.
