2027 Kia EV4 GT

Dual motor AWD produces 215 kW (292 PS) and 468 Nm, with 0 to 100 km/h taking 5.6 seconds.
The EV4 GT hatchback uses an 81.4 kWh battery and offers 505 km of WLTP range.
Preview electronic suspension, torque vectoring, Launch Control and Virtual Gear Shift are standard GT features.
The 2027 Kia EV4 GT brings the GT badge to Kia’s lower, road focused electric car range, sitting alongside the newly introduced EV3 GT and EV5 GT. All three arrive in Europe with dual motor all wheel drive, GT specific chassis technology and a set of digital features intended to give the electric models a more distinct driving character.
For the EV4 GT, Kia has concentrated on the hatchback and fastback shapes. The press material describes it as the most driver oriented of the three newcomers, with a low centre of gravity and an emphasis on steering, suspension response and cornering.
Lower Proportions Give the EV4 GT Its Stance
The hatchback measures 4,450 mm long, 1,860 mm wide and 1,495 mm tall, with a relatively long 2,820 mm wheelbase. Those dimensions place the cabin across a stretched footprint while keeping the overall height below Kia’s new GT SUVs.
GT models receive their own exterior details, including 20 inch alloy wheels, GT badging and neon green accents. Neon green brake calipers provide another visual marker. The EV4 GT uses 245/40 R20 tires.
Chassis Tuning Targets More Precise Responses
The changes underneath are more significant. Kia has increased spring rates and revised the anti roll bars, while Preview Electronic Controlled Suspension uses a camera to read the road ahead and adjust damping within milliseconds. Steering response and the steering ratio have also been revised.
Normal, Sport and GT modes alter the damping and handling behaviour. Electric Dynamic Torque Vectoring Control combines braking and motor intervention during cornering, while Launch Control handles harder standing starts. Kia has also given the EV4 GT specific throttle tuning across low, middle and high pedal travel.
Neon Accents Continue Inside
The cabin gets suede trimmed semi bucket sports seats with neon green accents, a dedicated three spoke steering wheel, sport pedals and black and neon trim. GT logo projections appear beneath the front doors, while Harman Kardon audio and dual wireless charging are included.
Virtual Gear Shift simulates gear changes and shift feel. Active Sound Design responds to vehicle speed, acceleration and torque, and Performance Timer adds another EV4 GT specific display function.
The hatchback still provides 377 litres of luggage capacity, keeping some everyday usefulness behind the performance additions.
Dual Motors Produce 292 PS
A 145 kW front motor works with a 70 kW rear motor for 215 kW (292 PS) and 468 Nm. The EV4 GT hatchback reaches 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and has a 170 km/h maximum speed. Its 81.4 kWh battery provides 505 km of WLTP range, while a 10 to 80 percent DC charge takes 31 minutes.
Kia also quotes up to 537 km for the EV4 GT fastback. Both body styles are part of the European range, although the Fastback GT will not be sold in the UK. UK pricing and detailed specifications remain to be announced.
