Porsche is building only 20 examples of the 911 Turbo S Sadu Edition exclusively for Kuwait.
The special edition celebrates 70 years since the first Porsche sports car arrived in the Middle East.

A Porsche That Connects Stuttgart With Kuwait
The 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S Sadu Edition is one of those rare regional specials that feels genuinely tied to the place it was created for.
Rather than adding a few badges and calling it exclusive, Porsche’s Sonderwunsch and Exclusive Manufaktur divisions appear to have gone unusually deep with this project. The car celebrates the 70th anniversary of Porsche in Kuwait, marking seven decades since the first Porsche 356 Cabriolet arrived in the country through Behbehani Motors back in 1956.
Only 20 cars will be produced, all reserved for the Kuwaiti market. That immediately places this edition among the rarer modern 911 special models.
The foundation underneath remains the latest 992.II-generation 911 Turbo S, though nearly every visible surface carries some form of bespoke detailing inspired by traditional Sadu weaving.
Traditional Kuwaiti Patterns Shape The Design
The defining visual element is the use of Sadu motifs across both the bodywork and cabin.
Sadu weaving has deep roots across the Arabian Peninsula and remains one of Kuwait’s most recognizable traditional textile arts. Porsche references the geometric patterns through exterior graphics finished in Bordeaux Red, Guards Red, GT Silver, and black. The lower door sections and rear lower body panels carry the woven-style detailing without overwhelming the shape of the 911 itself.
The exterior paint is finished in Cream White, paired with the SportDesign package in high-gloss black. Even the Sport Classic wheels receive a custom finish combining Cream White and gloss black instead of the usual Turbonite accents seen on standard Turbo S models.
Gold “Turbo S Sadu Edition” lettering appears on the B-pillars, adding another subtle layer of exclusivity.
Despite the extensive visual treatment, Porsche resisted overcomplicating the car. The underlying proportions of the 992 Turbo S still dominate the design, which probably explains why the graphics work as well as they do.
The Cabin Carries The Strongest Identity
Inside, the Sadu Edition becomes much more personal.
The cabin uses a two-tone combination of black and Bordeaux Red leather, accented by silver contrast stitching arranged in intersecting hand-finished patterns inspired by traditional woven textiles. The detailing extends across the dashboard, doors, center console, rear luggage area, and seats.
Porsche also developed a custom Sadu-pattern fabric specifically for the Plus Sport seats and door inserts. The headrests feature Arabic “70 Years” embroidery marking the anniversary celebration.
There are small details everywhere.
The illuminated aluminum door sills contain 20 square elements, with the seventh highlighted in red to reference the seven-decade milestone. Even the key, owner’s wallet, and storage compartments receive matching bespoke finishes.
Unlike many modern special editions that lean heavily on screens and software, this one feels driven by material craftsmanship.
Turbo S Performance Remains Untouched
Mechanically, Porsche has wisely left the Turbo S formula alone.
The Sadu Edition retains the standard 911 Turbo S hardware, including Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, front-axle lift system, and the titanium sports exhaust system. The Burmester High-End surround sound system also comes standard.
What makes this car stand apart is not added horsepower or Nürburgring numbers. It is the way Porsche blended local cultural identity with one of its most recognizable sports cars without making the result feel forced.
That balance is difficult to achieve. The Sadu Edition gets remarkably close.
