Porsche Cayenne S Coupe Electric Joins the UK Range
Porsche has introduced the 2027 Porsche Cayenne S Coupe Electric E4 UK Version as the middle specification in its new three-model electric SUV Coupé lineup.
Positioned between the Cayenne Coupé Electric and the Turbo, the S combines the latest electric drivetrain with a body developed around Porsche's familiar sloping roof profile.
The new Coupé models differ from the regular Cayenne Electric SUV from the A-pillar rearwards, including a specifically designed windscreen and redesigned upper body.
For UK customers, the Cayenne S Coupé Electric starts at £103,100.
Porsche 911 Inspired Roofline and Rear Spoiler
The most noticeable change is the roofline, which takes inspiration from the Porsche 911's characteristic flyline.
It slopes gradually towards the rear, meeting pronounced shoulders and a flush-mounted rear window with fewer visible joints.
High-gloss black window surrounds follow the side glass, while an adaptive spoiler is integrated into the tailgate.
The Coupé measures 4,985 mm long and 1,980 mm wide, matching the regular SUV. Its height is reduced by 24 mm to 1,650 mm.
This lower profile contributes to a drag coefficient of 0.23, compared with 0.25 for the SUV body.
Cayenne S Coupe Electric Delivers 666 PS
The Cayenne S Coupé Electric produces 400 kW, equivalent to 544 PS, during normal operation.
With Launch Control activated, overboost increases output to 490 kW or 666 PS.
Porsche quotes 0–62 mph acceleration in 3.8 seconds and a maximum speed of 155 mph.
Adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management is standard.
Buyers can specify Porsche Active Ride suspension or rear-axle steering, which offers up to five degrees of steering movement.
The electric architecture supports DC charging at up to 390 kW, increasing to 400 kW under specific conditions.
Digital Interior With Sport Chrono Equipment
Inside, the Cayenne Coupé Electric uses Porsche's digital Driver Experience interface.
A fully digital instrument cluster works alongside the central Flow Display, with an optional passenger screen and augmented-reality head-up display.
Physical controls remain alongside the touch-based interface.
The panoramic glass roof and Sport Chrono Package are standard, while optional Variable Light Control allows the glass roof to change its transparency electronically.
An available Lightweight Sport package adds a carbon roof, 22-inch wheels, Pepita-pattern seat centres and Race-Tex interior trim.
Rear Seat Flexibility and Luggage Capacity
Despite the lower roof, the Coupé retains electrically adjustable rear seats, offered in either two-seat or 2+1 configurations.
Luggage capacity ranges from 534 to 1,347 litres, depending on seat position, with another 90 litres available in the front compartment.
An optional towbar supports towing loads of up to 3.5 tonnes.
An off-road package is also available for customers requiring additional capability away from paved roads.
UK Pricing and Market Position
The Cayenne S Coupé Electric sits above the £86,200 entry model and below the £133,300 Turbo Coupé Electric.
Porsche opened UK orders in April 2026, with first customer deliveries scheduled from summer 2026.
The S offers a middle ground in the range, combining 666 PS overboost performance with the Coupé's revised proportions and standard comfort equipment.
