The 2027 Dacia Striker Hybrid 150 4x4 sits at the more adventurous end of Dacia's new C segment crossover range. Striker itself has been conceived as something between an SUV, estate and saloon, and the electrified four wheel drive version pushes the SUV part of that equation further.

It will sit alongside the Bigster rather than replace it. Dacia says Striker prices will start below €25,000, although pricing specifically for the Hybrid 150 4x4 has not been announced.

Low Roof Meets SUV Ground Clearance

The proportions are unusual for a modern crossover. Striker measures 4.62 metres long but stands only 1.53 metres tall. The Hybrid 150 4x4 gets 200 mm of ground clearance, compared with 190 mm for front drive versions.

A taut shoulder line runs between the front and rear lamps. Above it, the windscreen, long roof and inclined rear window create a lower, more aerodynamic profile. Below it, the surfaces become more upright and heavily structured. Integrated roof bars complete the silhouette.

The photographs on pages 2 to 4 show that contrast clearly. Dacia's new T shaped LED signature appears at all four corners, while the front lamps meet a gloss black grille carrying the Dacia Link emblem. The rear repeats the idea with a wide black panel and embossed Dacia lettering. Wheels measure 17 inches as standard, with 18 and 19 inch alternatives available.

Practical Cabin Keeps Physical Controls

Inside, the horizontal dashboard is arranged across three levels. A 10.1 inch central touchscreen is standard, while Dacia's 7 inch LightVisio instrument display uses optical reflection to present information as a floating three dimensional image. Physical controls remain for frequently used functions.

There is seating for five and up to 600 litres of luggage capacity. The boot can also feature a reversible three section floor, while 60/40 rear seats fold using handles positioned in the load area.

Electric Rear Axle Provides 4x4 Traction

The Hybrid 150 4x4 uses a 1.2 litre 48 volt mild hybrid petrol engine at the front, producing 103 kW (140 hp) and 230 Nm. It drives through a six speed dual clutch automatic with steering wheel paddles. A separate rear electric motor contributes up to 23 kW (31 hp) and 87 Nm through its own two speed automatic gearbox. Maximum combined output is 110 kW, or 150 hp.

The rear drivetrain can disengage, allowing the Striker to operate as a 4x2 when extra traction is unnecessary. Auto, Eco and Snow modes can engage four wheel drive at speeds up to 140 km/h. Mud/Sand and Off Road settings are provided for loose or rough terrain, while Hill Descent Control maintains between 3 and 30 km/h on slippery descents.

Dacia says electric front wheel drive can account for up to 60 percent of urban and suburban driving. That mix of electric running, selectable all wheel drive and estate like proportions gives the Striker Hybrid 150 4x4 a distinct role alongside the taller Bigster.
