Commerce Pro S Expands the Transporter Range
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has introduced the 2026 Volkswagen Transporter Commerce Pro S, broadening the latest-generation Transporter line-up with a trim aimed at customers seeking a more design-led finish.
Order books are now open, with prices starting at £43,050 excluding VAT. First UK deliveries are expected in April. The Commerce Pro S is available in both Panel Van and Kombi body styles, reinforcing its dual role as both working tool and people carrier.
Pricing starts at £53,086 for the Panel Van and £54,742 for the Kombi version, including VAT and on-the-road expenses. The Kombi has five seats by default, though a six-seat configuration is an option.
Visual Distinction and External Detailing
The 2026 Volkswagen Transporter Commerce Pro S distinguishes itself visually with a number of targeted exterior changes. The foundation is made up of unique 17-inch gloss black alloy wheels.Above them, a body-coloured front splitter and gloss black grille strip introduce a more assertive stance.
The rear receives a body-coloured spoiler, while angular side bars and black mirror caps add further contrast. It is not a radical departure from the Transporter’s established shape. Instead, it sharpens it.

One highlighted example is the short wheelbase 170PS 2.0 TDI 8 Speed Automatic model, available on a Solutions Personal Contract Plan from £509 per month. Electric variants are also available under separate finance terms. Full performance figures for the electric version have not been detailed in this release.
The Kombi configuration blends load capacity with passenger flexibility, making it suitable for businesses requiring both cargo and crew transport. The fundamental appeal of the Transporter remains unchanged: a van engineered around space efficiency and durability.

Inside, the Commerce Pro S gains illuminated plastic scuff plates, a high-gloss black display frame and sun visors with illuminated mirrors. Exterior mirrors are power-adjustable, heated and power-folding as standard.
Beyond specification, Volkswagen underlines ownership support with its 5+ Promise package, included at no extra cost. For diesel and eHybrid models, this covers five services, three MOTs, a five-year warranty and five years’ roadside assistance. Electric models receive three services alongside the same MOT and roadside coverage terms.
