A More Reserved Take on the 911 Turbo S
MANSORY is usually associated with oversized body kits and visual excess, which makes the new 2026 Mansory 911 Turbo S Softkit 992 II feel slightly unexpected at first glance.
Instead of completely reshaping the Porsche 911 Turbo S, the company has taken a lighter approach here. The new package focuses on add-on carbon-fibre components rather than a full redesign, giving the updated 992.2-generation Turbo S a sharper appearance without dramatically changing the car’s original proportions.
That softer approach probably explains the name.
The front section receives a revised lip spoiler with additional side extensions and aerodynamic flaps, while the side profile gains new skirts and carbon-fibre mirror caps. Around the back, MANSORY adds a larger two-piece rear spoiler together with a new diffuser arrangement.
Visually, the upgrades remain aggressive, but not overwhelming. The base 911 Turbo S already has broad rear haunches and a low, planted stance, so the added aero pieces mostly amplify what Porsche already built into the car rather than trying to replace it entirely.
Forged Wheels Change the Overall Stance
The wheel setup probably has the biggest impact on the car’s appearance.
MANSORY fits a new forged wheel design called the “FS.5,” sized at 9.5 x 21 inches up front and 12 x 22 inches at the rear. The dimensions alone give the Turbo S a noticeably more stretched and muscular posture, particularly from rear three-quarter angles.
The wheels are paired with 255/30 ZR21 front tires and massive 335/25 ZR22 rear rubber. MANSORY says the setup is intended to improve both lateral grip and high-speed stability, though exact suspension or chassis changes were not mentioned in the release. [Unverified]
Another interesting detail is the optional carbon-fibre ring integrated into the wheel design itself. Buyers can specify the ring finish individually, which adds another layer of customization without altering the underlying wheel structure.
Interior Upgrades Remain Fully Customizable
Inside, the softkit program appears intentionally flexible. Rather than forcing customers into a fixed cabin specification, MANSORY says buyers can configure a range of interior modifications depending on personal preference.
The company did not release detailed interior photos or trim specifications, but carbon trim, custom upholstery, and bespoke stitching are likely part of the available options based on MANSORY’s existing Porsche programs. [Inference]

The interesting thing about this package is where it sits in the market.
Some Porsche owners prefer factory restraint, while others go toward complete tuner conversions with heavily altered bodywork. The Mansory 911 Turbo S Softkit lands somewhere in the middle. It changes the atmosphere of the car without completely masking the original 992.2 design.
For buyers wanting a more individualized Turbo S without stepping into full widebody territory, that balance may be the entire point.
