YouTuber Unlocks the Audi S8’s Hidden V10 Lamborghini Voice
  • Audi’s S8 hides a Lamborghini-derived 5.2L V10, but it leaves the factory sounding tame.

  • A YouTuber had a custom twin 3-inch X-pipe exhaust built to unleash its true character.

  • The owner’s dad lost a £20 bet after admitting it really did sound like a Lamborghini.

Meanwhile, a wager was on the line — if the end result impressed his skeptical father, dad owed him £20; if not, he’d be the one paying.

The cold start said it all. The S8 barked awake with a ferocity that had the owner and his brother grinning, and out on the road it howled like a Gallardo on open throttle. Even the father, initially dismissive, admitted it sounded “like a jet engine” and handed over the cash.

A Business Suit With Supercar Pipes

The Audi S8 has always been a wolf dressed for a board meeting. But this exhaust proved what enthusiasts suspected all along — buried under the restraint was a Lamborghini soundtrack waiting to be heard. With the right setup, the big sedan finally sounds as outrageous as the engine under its hood.
