Xiaomi's automotive division has introduced its second vehicle, officially named the 2025 Xiaomi YU7, following the company’s application for a sales license in China.

Manufacturing and Regulatory Process
The Xiaomi YU7 will be produced at the company’s factory in Beijing Yizhuang.
Regulatory approval for all new vehicles in China requires submission to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
- The 2025 Xiaomi YU7 is Xiaomi's second electric vehicle, revealed during its application for a sales license in China.
- Production of the YU7 will take place at Xiaomi's factory in Beijing Yizhuang, as confirmed by the MIIT regulatory filing.
- The SUV measures 4,999 mm in length, 1,996 mm in width, and 1,600 mm in height, with a 3,000 mm wheelbase and a curb weight of 2,405 kg.
- The vehicle is powered by dual electric motors, delivering a combined output of 508 kW (681 hp) and a top speed of 253 km/h.
- It features a lithium NMC battery supplied by CATL, though the specific capacity of the battery has not yet been disclosed.
- Xiaomi previously launched the SU7 sedan in March 2024, achieving over 112,000 deliveries in China between March and November 2024.
- Sales of the SU7 surpassed 21,955 units in November 2024, with projected year-end deliveries of 130,000 units.
