About the Car

2025 Maserati GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello

  • Maserati created the 2024 GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello to celebrate Tignanello's 50th anniversary.
  • This custom model is Maserati's latest 100% electric production, featuring the Terra di Tignanello paint inspired by vineyard soil.
  • The car will be auctioned on July 14 at Festival Napa Valley’s Arts for All Gala.
  • Maserati collaborated with Marchesi Antinori, a winery with a 600-year history, for this special edition.
  • The exterior includes matte and gloss black rims and callipers, copper accents, and a black soft top fabric.
  • The interior features Vegea fabric seats inspired by the Tignanello vineyard and dark briar wood panels with laser etching.
  • The headrests and central tunnel are embroidered and laser-etched with Maserati and Tignanello symbols and dates.
  • The GranCabrio Folgore is Maserati's first 100% electric convertible in the luxury segment, with an 800V battery system developed with Formula E technology.
  • Innovative features include a neck warmer and wind stopper for enhanced comfort.
  • Tignanello was a pioneering wine, being the first Sangiovese aged in barriques and the first Chianti Classico red wine blended with Cabernet.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Tignanello, one of the most influential red wines, Maserati crafted a customized Fuoriserie version of its latest creation, the 2024 Maserati GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello. This model represents the most futuristic expression of the brand's 100% electric production from Modena. Created exclusively for Marchesi Antinori, this bespoke car will be auctioned on July 14 in California at Festival Napa Valley’s Arts for All Gala—one of the leading arts charity events in the US.

For the 110th anniversary of the Trident, Maserati collaborates with Marchesi Antinori, a winery with a family history of over 600 years and 26 generations. The production of Marchesi Antinori and Tignanello mirrors the passion and innovative spirit that has always characterized Maserati, a pioneer in the history of motoring. The collaboration reflects the shared values of tradition, identity, and the pursuit of excellence.
