The 2025 Land Rover Discovery Gemini introduces exclusive Sedona Red paint and 21-inch alloy wheels, distinguishing it within the Discovery lineup.
-
This special edition pays homage to the original 1989 Discovery, incorporating design elements that reflect its heritage.

Priced from £72,505 in the UK, the Gemini edition offers a blend of unique styling cues and the Discovery's renowned versatility.
A More Distinctive Look, Still All Discovery
The 2025 Land Rover Discovery Gemini doesn’t flip the script, but it does sharpen it. The new Sedona Red paintwork is the headliner here — bright, confident, and a first for the Discovery nameplate.
There’s a Narvik Gloss Black contrast roof to go with it, plus more gloss black trim on the cladding and vents. Nothing overdone, but enough to shift the vibe closer to upscale without losing that all-terrain edge. Atlas Gloss framing on the grille and subtle Gemini branding on the B-pillar and treadplates finish the job. Small details, but they show thought.
Built with Family Trips in Mind
The updates inside lean toward function over flash. That’s not a knock. A refrigerated center console is exactly the kind of thing you want on a long haul with kids. Same with the clip-in tablet holders for the second row — not groundbreaking, but actually useful.
There’s also tri-zone climate control, so you don’t end up negotiating front vs. rear temperature battles the whole drive. It’s all well-integrated too, not tacked on.
Diesel Power That Gets the Job Done
Under the hood, the Gemini runs the D350 diesel, which is a 3.0-liter six-cylinder with mild-hybrid assist. Output lands at 257 kW (345 hp) and 700 Nm of torque, which is more than respectable in the segment.
It’s paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, which is pretty much standard fare for Discovery, but welcome nonetheless. Whether it’s towing, snow duty, or a long-distance cruise, the setup’s been proven.
Aimed at Buyers Who Want Substance with Style
The Gemini’s positioning is clear. This one’s for buyers who want a little nod to design and heritage — the name’s a callback to early turbo diesel Discoverys — without sacrificing practicality.
It sits in a space just left of the BMW X5 and Mercedes GLE, both of which go heavier on tech and slick luxury. The Discovery Gemini says “we still do that,” but it also says “here’s a fridge and tablet holders” — and there’s something very honest about that.
