MILANO can be ordered immediately in the "SPECIAL" launch version and represents the new gateway to the Alfa Romeo world for all those, Alfisti but not only, who were waiting for the brand's return to this segment. To play a leading role, Alfa Romeo offers the sportiest and most exciting to drive compact car in the entire category, the only one capable of "dialogueing" with those who loved Giulietta and Mito, and attracting a new generation of Alfisti .

MILANO is available in the "HYBRID" configurations , the first in the segment to also offer the Q4 all-wheel drive variant with automated management of the rear-wheel drive axle, and "ELECTRIC", in 2 power variants with 156HP and autonomy of up to 410 km, and the sportier VELOCE with 240 HP, the maximum expression of Alfa Romeo's sporting DNA. The new MILANO is certainly no exception given its compact dimensions – 4.17 meters long, 1.78 meters wide. and height 1.5 m. – contain within themselves the uniqueness of the made in Italy design of the Alfa Romeo Style Centre, original and modern, typical of the brand, which is expressed in balance of proportions, purity of lines and care in the quality of surfaces. This is the "skin" that Alfa Romeo stylists have modeled with artisanal care on the mechanical parts, completely detaching themselves from the concepts of cold rationality in vogue in the category, to give life to a sinuous and exciting design, which captures the eye at first encounter. This creates an authentic emotional connection between the driver and the car, so much so that it arouses the strong desire to caress it. The proportions are expressed with stylistic features linked to tradition, such as the limited overhangs, the muscular wheel arches and the iconic truncated tail , which refers to the legendary Giulia TZ. The "simplicity" of Italian style, and in particular of Alfa Romeo, hides one of the most complex creative processes in the industry: designing a car. The same inspiration of pure sportiness is found inside the car where the Italian attention to every detail stands out, the use of the finest materials and the position of all the controls within reach of the driver, as demonstrated by the compact steering wheel to adapt to all driving styles, and above all the instrument panel characterized by the historic "telescope" design, which creates that direct visual connection and persuades you to wrap your hands around the steering wheel, start the engine, and fully enjoy a driving experience. unique guide. At the center of the cluster stands a totally digital 10.25" TFT screen from which to access information on the car and parameters relating to the driving technologies. At the center of the dashboard and oriented towards the driver, there is a 10.25" touchscreen, a system developed according to the logic of widgets, i.e. graphic components designed to interact intuitively with all the functions and customizable with a simple  drag and drop . Each user can thus create their own homepage, in which each car function is an application. To further embellish the internal environment, the four-leaf clover-shaped air conditioning vents, the symbol par excellence of Alfa Romeo sportiness. Finally, to capture the eye and welcome the driver, we find the Sabelt sports seats characterized by an enveloping backrest that combines high mechanical resistance, perfect ergonomics and structural lightness.

Furthermore, MILANO is equipped with exclusive contents such as the convenient cable-organizer storage compartment located under the bonnet, in which to conveniently store the charging cable. To further increase the level of comfort, MILANO offers a series of driving assistance features, capable of supporting the longitudinal and lateral control of the vehicle (autonomous driving is level 2), and the 180° rear camera which, together to 360° parking sensors, monitor the surrounding area and make up an innovative and useful semi-autonomous parking system.
Finally, proximity access technology is available on MILANO, which allows you to open and close your car simply by approaching or moving away from the vehicle without any intervention from the customer.
 

DRIVING DYNAMICS
MILANO offers the best driving dynamics in its category

Strengthened by the lowest weight in the segment and optimal mass distribution, MILANO enters the world of electric vehicles as a true Alfa Romeo. The team that coordinated the development of the driving dynamics is the same one that developed the Giulia GTA at the experimental center in Balocco (VC), with the clear objective of obtaining the best road handling in the category on the new MILANO, thanks to technical solutions specifications: the steering is the most direct in the segment (14.6) and extremely precise with ad hoc calibration to enhance the exceptional road holding qualities; on the VELOCE version, the set-up is sporty and lowered by 25 mm; the front and rear anti-roll bars have a sporty calibration to ensure quick and precise cornering; the braking system features over 380mm discs at the front with 4-piston monobloc calipers; the Torsen differential offers the best possible traction in all conditions. Furthermore, the 20” performance tires are specific to high-performance electric vehicles and offer high levels of grip. From here comes a compact car with pure sportiness, one of a kind, recognizably Alfa Romeo.
Furthermore, the Alfa DNA system is available on the MILANO. The " Dynamic " mode, thanks also to specific steering and accelerator calibrations, offers maximum performance and driving pleasure. The “ Natural ” mode  is designed for daily use through a careful balance between performance and comfort, while the  “ Advanced Efficiency ” mode is calibrated to obtain maximum energy efficiency by reducing consumption without affecting driving pleasure. Finally, only on the Q4 hybrid version, a fourth mode is available, called Q4, for low-grip conditions.
 

EV ROUTING CONNECTIVITY
: Connected Navigation

Alfa Romeo interprets the use of software and connectivity to enhance the sensations of the driver, who is and remains at the centre . This is why MILANO is equipped with the most advanced connected technology that ensures maximum comfort. EV-Routing is an innovative system connected and integrated into the navigator that manages charging needs automatically and without worries for the customer. Alfa Connect Services, the Alfa Romeo MILANO suite of connected services
is equipped with " Alfa Connect Services ", the tool that offers advanced on-board connectivity and a series of services aimed at maximum safety and comfort. Thanks to OTA (Over The Air) technology, maps and vehicle software are always updated. MILANO ELETTRICA
A new way of conceiving sportsmanship.

In the electric version of MILAN, Alfa Romeo chooses a new generation propulsion system, which combines an electric motor (Hybrid Synchronous Motor) and a latest generation battery. Thanks to the high power and torque and a specific calibration of the electric powertrain, the new sports compact offers uncompromising driving pleasure with dynamics at the top of the segment. Available in two power versions, 156 HP or 240 HP, the new car ensures excellent performance and an engaging and sporty drive like every Alfa Romeo. The 54 kWh battery offers high energy density and an excellent ratio between nominal energy and usable energy. In particular, in the 156HP version, the lithium ion battery pack ensures 410 km of autonomy in the WLTP cycle, which becomes over 590 km in the urban cycle. Recharging the new MILANO is very simple: in the 100 kW direct current fast charging stations, less than 30 minutes are enough to charge the batteries from 10 to 80%.
 

HYBRID MILAN
The experience of electric mobility without recharging.

MILANO offers two drive solutions for the Hybrid version: front-wheel drive or Q4 all-wheel drive, a novelty in the premium segment, which will be available at a later stage.
MILANO IBRIDA adopts a 136 HP 48v Hybrid VGT (Variable Geometry Turbo) architecture. The thermal unit adopts the 1.2-litre 3-cylinder Miller cycle powerplant with variable geometry turbo and timing chain for maximum reliability. The electric component is made up of a 48 volt lithium ion battery and a 21 kW electric motor integrated into the innovative 6-speed dual clutch gearbox which works together with the inverter and transmission control unit to ensure maximum efficiency.
MILANO IBRIDA offers an extremely fluid driving experience and allows you to proceed in electric mode for over 50% in the city; MILAN guarantees electric driving not only during parking maneuvers or at low city speeds but also on extra-urban routes, in low load conditions up to 150 km per hour.
 

MILANO SPECIALE
