A few days ago, Yu Chengdong announced the latest news on social media that Hongmeng Zhixing will usher in its first coupe SUV model, which is the Zhijie R7 model jointly created by Huawei and Chery. This car is actually the model that has been spy photos before, but is called S9 in the market. This time it is officially named R7. Among them, R stands for Revolution, which represents breakthrough and subversion. It is reported that the car will be released in the second half of the year, and the expected price is 300,000-400,000 yuan .

Along with the release of the name, the official also released the latest two official pictures, and its tail logo was also updated to R7. From the official pictures released, the front face of Zhijie R7 is similar to that of Zhijie S7, and it adopts the family style design. The interior of the teardrop headlights is composed of three lenses, and the air intake is extended at the bottom of the headlights. The new car adopts a closed front face design, retaining only the guide groove at the bottom, and the top of the vehicle is still equipped with a 192-wire laser radar.

On the side of the car, it still has a short front and rear overhang, a long wheelbase, and hidden door handles. There is also a "little blue light" on the front fender. The car adopts a fastback style, which looks very dynamic overall. From the rims, it also uses red brake calipers. In terms of the rear, the new car adopts a C-shaped taillight group, and it is a through-type design.

In terms of body size, according to the parameters exposed online, its length reaches 4956mm and the wheelbase is 2950mm. The overall length and size are very close to the BMW X6 (4953mm/2975mm) and the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe SUV (4941mm/2935mm).

From the official pictures, the new car uses multi-spoke wheels and Pirelli P-ZERO series tires with a size of 245/55. From the previous preview pictures, it also has Pirelli Scorpion series with a size of 255/50 R20.

As for the interior, the official photos were not released this time, but from the previous spy photos, it is still a minimalist design style. Like the Zhijie S7, it adopts a double-layer table design, including a suspended LCD screen and a central control screen. The special-shaped steering wheel still has only two roller knobs, and there is also a face recognition on the A-pillar of the vehicle. Unlike sedans, SUV models have larger rearview mirrors, which provide a clearer field of view.

In terms of intelligent configuration, the car will be equipped with Huawei's latest ADS 3.0 intelligent driving system, which has a new architecture, omnidirectional collision avoidance system, and high-precision 4D millimeter-wave radar. It will also be equipped with a new generation of Hongmeng cockpit, car cloud service 3.0, new AR-HUD, megapixel smart headlight module, etc.

In terms of power, according to previous news, the new car will continue to be equipped with Huawei's motor system, referring to the power of Zhijie S7, and standard 800V silicon carbide high-voltage platform. It has a single-motor version and a dual-motor version. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 215 kilowatts, and the dual-motor version has a maximum power of 365 kilowatts. The maximum cruising range under CLTC conditions is 855km.
