Arrizo 8 is a brand-new car of the Arrizo series, positioned higher than Arrizo 5 and other products. The new car has two exterior designs, which are quite youthful, and also show Chery’s change from “man of science and technology” to “proficient in all subjects”. Arrizo 8 adopts the design concept of Art in Motion and provides two front face design styles. The front grille adopts dot matrix layout and radial decoration respectively. The former tends to be business-like and grand; while the latter tends to be sporty and fashionable. The center of the headlights on both sides is connected by a through decorative strip, which matches the shape of the fog lamp area and presents a relatively good appearance as a whole.

Viewed from the side, the whole vehicle has a slender and capable shape, and adopts a slip-back shape, and the new double 10-spoke wheel shape is very novel. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4780/1843/1469mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2790mm. In contrast, the tail shape is also very radical, not only using a new through-type taillight group, but also adopting a bilateral exhaust layout with a total of four outlets.

In terms of interior design, the new car adopts a simple new interior style, embellished with leather and wood grain decorative panels, and equipped with dual 12.3-inch instrument panels, and supports wireless mobile phone mapping function (wireless CarPlay+Huawei Hicar). The new car offers three interior colors: vast blue, blue wave green, and sea gray. At the same time, it can be seen that there is a camera on the A-pillar of the new car, which will be equipped with functions such as fatigue monitoring and face recognition. In addition, 10 airbags, SONY brand audio + 8 speakers, AR real-scene navigation, heating and cooling armrest boxes, etc. are all equipped.

In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a 1.6T engine with a maximum power of 197 horsepower (145 kilowatts), matched with a 7DCT gearbox. The suspension adopts front MacPherson suspension + rear multi-link independent suspension system, and has three sports modes: standard, ECO and sports.
