2022 BYD Seal
A few days ago, BYD officially released news that the seal will be listed on July 29, with a pre-sale price range of 212,800-289,800 yuan. The seal is positioned as a medium-sized pure electric vehicle with a sporty style. It is built on the BYD e-platform 3.0 and has a maximum cruising range of 700km. The seal is built based on the design concept of “marine aesthetics”. The appearance of the seal is low-slung and dynamic, and the new car has a more streamlined shape, so it also obtains a low wind resistance coefficient of 0.219 Cd.
In terms of body size, the new car has a length, width and height of 4800/1875/1460mm respectively, a wheelbase of 2920mm, a panoramic canopy on the roof, and a better sense of space.
In terms of interior, the new car also adopts a new style design. The interior of the car is made of soft wrapping material, and the classic color matching of black and white is used. The through-type air-conditioning outlet is particularly eye-catching. Crystal-like transmission gears are more refined. The whole seal series is equipped with the latest DiLink intelligent network connection system, and adopts a 15.6-inch adaptive rotating suspension Pad, which can support 5G network connection. In addition, the new car is equipped with a 12-speaker Dynaudio audio system except the entry-level model.
The seal is the first to use the CTB battery-body integration technology, which integrates the power battery and the body chassis. The integrity of the chassis is stronger, and the dynamic response of the vehicle will be better.
There are four configurations of the seal, namely, the 550km standard endurance rear-drive version of the elite model, the 550km standard endurance rear-drive version of the distinguished model, the 700km long-range endurance rear-drive version and the 650km four-wheel drive performance version.
Depending on the model, the power parameters are also different. The standard cruise rear-drive model has a range of 550km under CLTC conditions, with a maximum power of 150kW, a maximum torque of 310N m, and an acceleration of 0-100km/h in 7.5 seconds; Model, maximum power 230kW, maximum torque 360N·m, 0-100km/h acceleration of 5.9 seconds; CLTC condition with a range of 650km AWD performance model, maximum power 390kW, maximum torque 670N·m, 0-100km/h With an acceleration of 3.8 seconds, the Seal is equipped with a front double wishbone and a rear five-link suspension.
