Rezvani Pushes The F-150 Raptor Into Another Universe
The 2027 Rezvani Fortress does not attempt subtlety.
Built on the bones of the Ford F-150 Raptor, the Fortress takes Rezvani’s familiar formula of military-inspired styling and survivalist hardware and applies it to a full-size off-road pickup. The result looks less like a traditional truck and more like something imagined for a dystopian action game.
Rezvani describes it as a “tactical off-road truck,” though even that feels slightly understated once the optional armor packages enter the picture.
The Fortress follows previous Rezvani projects such as the Tank and Vengeance, both of which leaned heavily into exaggerated bodywork and defense-focused upgrades. This new truck continues the same direction, only now wrapped around one of Ford’s most capable off-road platforms.
Aggressive Bodywork Completely Changes The Raptor’s Shape
Very little of the standard Raptor remains visually recognizable.
At the front, the Fortress gains a massive angular bumper, a narrow grille design and a sculpted hood featuring large heat extractors. Auxiliary lighting units are integrated into the front fascia, while widened high-clearance fenders dramatically alter the truck’s proportions.
The side profile becomes even more extreme thanks to oversized off-road tires measuring either 37 or 40 inches depending on wheel choice. Buyers can choose from 17-, 18- or 20-inch wheel setups.
Viewed from the rear, the truck continues the angular theme with geometric taillights, exposed quad exhaust outlets and sharply folded body surfaces around the cargo bed.
Ride height also becomes part of the visual statement. Rezvani says the suspension setup delivers up to 15 inches of ground clearance, giving the Fortress a towering stance even compared with a regular Raptor.
Interior Remains Familiar Beneath The Tactical Theme
Inside, the basic architecture still resembles the standard Ford cabin.
That is not necessarily a criticism. The Raptor already offers one of the stronger interiors in the segment, and Rezvani mostly layers its own details over the existing structure rather than redesigning it entirely.
Custom upholstery, unique seating patterns and Rezvani branding on the steering wheel help distinguish the Fortress from its donor vehicle. According to the company, customers can choose from more than ten seat designs.
The real focus, however, sits in the optional equipment list.
Armor Packages Turn The Fortress Into A Rolling Safe Room
Rezvani offers an $85,000 armored package that includes bullet-resistant glass, armored body panels, blast-resistant underbody protection and a reinforced fuel tank. Reinforced suspension components and military-spec run-flat tires are also included.
A separate security package adds electrified door handles, smoke screen systems, strobe lighting, pepper spray dispensers and EMP protection.
For buyers planning extended remote travel, Rezvani also offers an off-grid package with solar panels, a generator, satellite internet, refrigeration and long-range communication equipment.
Under the hood, customers can choose between Ford’s twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 producing 450 hp or a supercharged 5.2-liter V8 generating 850 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. Both pair with a ten-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive.
Production will reportedly be limited to 100 units, with pricing starting at $285,000 before options.
