2027 Alfa Romeo Junior Luna Rossa

New gray paint, a Luna Rossa side graphic and Gloss Black body details distinguish the special edition.
Junior receives exclusive 18 inch Gloss Black wheels and 3D Knit seat upholstery.
Powertrain choices include a 145 hp Hybrid in front or Q4 configurations and a 156 hp Electric version.
The 2027 Alfa Romeo Junior Luna Rossa brings the visual identity of Alfa Romeo's partnership with the Luna Rossa sailing team to the brand's smallest model. Revealed in Napoli ahead of the second Preliminary Regatta for the 2027 America's Cup, it joins the Tonale, Giulia and Stelvio in the new Edizione Luna Rossa range.
The series will be progressively marketed across European markets and positioned at the top of each model's range.
Gray Paint Meets Gloss Black Details
Junior shares its basic Luna Rossa treatment with the Tonale. A new gray exterior color takes inspiration from the Personal Flotation Devices worn by the sailing team, while black and white body colors are also available.
Running along the side is a dedicated Luna Rossa liner graphic. Alfa Romeo describes it as a line under tension, giving the otherwise familiar Junior bodywork an immediate visual link to the sailing project.
Gloss Black body kit elements provide the darker contrast. The usual Alfa Romeo emblem is also replaced by a dedicated red version, one of the common identifiers used across all four Luna Rossa models.
18 Inch Wheels Give Junior Its Own Stance
Junior is differentiated from Tonale by its wheel design and size. It receives dedicated 18 inch Gloss Black alloy wheels, while the larger Tonale moves to an exclusive 20 inch design.
The changes are largely cosmetic rather than a redesign of Junior's proportions.
3D Knit Technology Reaches The Cabin
The interior carries more model specific details. Junior gets dedicated door and seat panels combining different materials with gray accents, stitching and Luna Rossa logos. New graphics across the dashboard fascia and central tunnel take inspiration from the structure of sails.
The seats introduce 3D Knit upholstery, used here and in the Tonale. The continuous thread manufacturing process creates a three dimensional surface while using a single component and lining, reducing material use and processing waste.
Multicolored ambient lighting is standard, along with aluminum sports pedals and an aluminum kick plate carrying Alfa Romeo lettering.
Junior also receives a 10.25 inch Alfa Connect touchscreen with navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A customizable 10.25 inch Cannocchiale digital instrument display sits ahead of the driver.
Hybrid And Electric Versions Offered
Junior Edizione Luna Rossa is available with Hybrid and Electric powertrains. The Hybrid uses a 145 hp 1.2 litre three cylinder turbo engine and six speed eDCT automatic transmission. Alfa Romeo offers it with either front wheel drive or a Q4 configuration.
The Electric version produces 115 kW, or 156 hp, and uses a 54 kWh battery with an automatic transmission.
Pricing and individual market launch dates have not been specified. The Luna Rossa edition instead sits at the top of the Junior range, combining its existing powertrain choices with sailing influenced colors, materials and equipment.
