2026 Suzuki Brezza Turbo Boosterjet

The 997 cc Turbo Boosterjet produces 81 kW (110.2 PS) and 170 Nm, paired with a new six speed manual transmission.
Exterior changes include a Smoke Chrome grille, Metallic Grey bull bar design, skid plate treatment and new geometric alloy wheels.
A 10.1 inch SmartPlay Pro X touchscreen, ventilated front seats and new active safety features update the cabin.
The 2026 Suzuki Brezza Turbo Boosterjet brings turbocharged power back into focus for Maruti Suzuki's compact SUV in India. Launched on July 24, the new variant uses a 997 cc Boosterjet engine with Progressive Smart Hybrid technology and starts at an introductory INR 7,39,900.
It joins a broader Brezza range that continues with the 1.5 litre K15C petrol engine and an S CNG option. The Turbo Boosterjet is the performance oriented choice, distinguished by its engine, manual gearbox and specific exterior branding.
Brezza Gets a More Structured Front End
The updated design does not abandon the Brezza's familiar upright shape. Instead, Suzuki has concentrated the changes around its details. A new Smoke Chrome grille dominates the front, accompanied by a Metallic Grey bull bar design and skid plate treatment. Refreshed dual tone side cladding runs along the body.
The press image on page 3 shows the revised SUV in a red and black two tone finish, with the new grille and lower bumper elements giving the nose a more layered appearance. Precision Cut alloy wheels use a sharper geometric pattern, while Turbo Boosterjet badging identifies the turbo model.
At 3,995 mm long, 1,790 mm wide and 1,685 mm tall, the Brezza remains firmly within India's sub four metre SUV class. Its wheelbase measures 2,500 mm, and the specification table lists 215/60 R16 tires.
Larger Screen and Ventilated Seats Inside
The cabin gets a more substantial technology update. A 10.1 inch SmartPlay Pro X touchscreen brings built in internet connectivity, more than 35 apps, over the air updates and Alexa integration, alongside wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
As shown in the cabin image on page 4, the dashboard retains a conventional horizontal layout. The new dark brown and black interior combines metallic soft touch finishes, gloss black accents and leatherette upholstery. Ventilated front seats, 64 colour ambient lighting and wireless phone charging with active cooling are also included among the new features.
997 cc Turbo Delivers 170 Nm
The Turbo Boosterjet's 997 cc engine produces 81 kW, or 110.2 PS, at 5,500 rpm. More significant for everyday response is its 170 Nm of torque, available from 2,000 to 3,500 rpm. A new six speed manual is the confirmed transmission for this version. Certified fuel efficiency stands at 20.47 km/l.
Maruti Suzuki has not listed an automatic transmission for the Turbo Boosterjet in the supplied release. The six speed automatic with paddle shifters is associated with the K15C version.
Safety and Everyday Usability Expand
New active safety equipment includes Blind Spot Warning with Lane Change Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, TPMS, Emergency Stop Signal and Exit Support Warning. The 360 degree camera now provides three additional views, supported by front and rear parking sensors.
The wider Brezza range also introduces an underbody CNG tank arrangement intended to preserve boot space on S CNG models. For the Turbo Boosterjet, Suzuki is positioning the combination of stronger torque, manual control and updated equipment as the more performance focused side of the refreshed Brezza lineup.
