2026 Subaru BRZ Series Yellow

Production is limited to 350 cars, all finished in Sunrise Yellow and based on the BRZ tS trim.

The 2026 Subaru BRZ Series.Yellow takes the familiar rear-drive sports car and gives it a deliberately simple special-edition treatment: one distinctive color, a manual gearbox and the chassis hardware already associated with the tS.
Subaru revealed the car alongside the WRX Series.Yellow ahead of their public debut at Boxerfest 2025 in York, Pennsylvania. Just 350 examples of each model are planned.
Sunrise Yellow Changes The BRZ's Look
There is no complicated body kit or heavily revised exterior described in Subaru's release. Instead, the main visual change is Sunrise Yellow, a color with previous appearances on models including the 2015 XV Crosstrek Special Edition and Japan-market BRZ STI Sport and WRX STI S207.
Against that bright body color, the BRZ gets 18-inch alloy wheels finished in matte black. The contrasting combination makes the Series.Yellow easy to distinguish without altering the basic proportions of the coupe.
Subaru does not provide dimensions in this release, so the Series.Yellow's measurements are not specified in the supplied material.
STI Tuned Chassis Keeps The Focus On Handling
Under the hood remains Subaru's naturally aspirated 2.4-liter Boxer four-cylinder engine, producing 228 hp. Power goes exclusively to the rear wheels through a six-speed close-ratio manual transmission. No automatic version is offered.
The more interesting changes sit around that drivetrain. The Series.Yellow uses STI-tuned Hitachi dampers at both ends, while Brembo performance brakes handle stopping duties. Its matte black 18-inch wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires.
That specification follows the tS on which the limited edition is based, rather than turning the Series.Yellow into a higher-output BRZ.
Yellow Stitching Moves Into The Cabin
The color theme continues inside, though more subtly. Black upholstery is paired with exclusive yellow stitching across the front seats. The same contrast stitching appears on the leather-wrapped steering wheel, shifter boot and parking brake boot.
Subaru has not detailed additional infotainment or convenience equipment for the BRZ Series.Yellow in the supplied announcement.
