Exterior remains deliberate and restrained

The 2026 Skyworth BE11 looks much as it did before, and that is clearly intentional. The large electric SUV retains its upright stance and clean surfaces, favouring proportion and presence over decorative detail. Broad body panels and a straightforward profile underline the BE11’s priorities: space, visibility, and everyday ease.

For the new model year, exterior changes are limited to subtle BE11 badging on the tailgate. Colour options remain unchanged, with Aurora White joined by Polar Night Black, Midnight Blue, and Galaxy Grey, all offered without additional cost. It is a conservative update, but one that keeps attention on what has changed elsewhere.

Cabin upgrades focus on how the car is used

Inside is where the 2026 BE11 feels most clearly revised. Front seats now feature heating and ventilation as standard, paired with electric adjustment and a perforated black leather-style finish combined with Alcantara. The driver’s seat gains electronic lumbar support, memory settings, and a comfort entry and exit function that automatically adjusts the seat position when entering or leaving the vehicle.

Ambient lighting expands to a 128-colour system across the dashboard, adding a sense of depth without overwhelming the cabin. Practical additions follow the same theme. Extra USB ports are added front and rear, including USB-C outlets, while a revised 220-volt vehicle-to-load socket is now compatible with UK and EU three-pin plugs, removing the need for adapters. Buyers can also opt for a larger 15.6-inch infotainment screen in place of the standard 12.8-inch display.

UK-developed safety systems become standard

The most significant update for 2026 is the addition of a comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems. Adaptive cruise control replaces conventional cruise control, joined by automatic emergency braking, blind spot detection, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, rear cross-traffic alert, and driver monitoring features.

Skyworth confirms these systems were developed and calibrated in the UK, with thousands of miles of testing across rural and urban roads to ensure suitability for local conditions. Combined with existing safety equipment, the BE11 now offers more than 25 safety features as standard.

Range options are still clear and the powertrain is unaltered.

The BE11 maintains its current configuration mechanically. The front wheels are powered by a single 150kW electric motor and one of two NMC battery sizes. The Long Range model has an 86kWh pack rated at 303 miles, which can reach up to 401 miles on the urban cycle, while the Standard Range model uses a 72kWh battery for a WLTP combined range of 248 miles. DC charging capability remains at up to 80kW, with a 20 to 80 percent charge achievable in 36 minutes.

Pricing defines the BE11’s position

Revised pricing sharpens the BE11’s role in the market. The updated range now starts from £31,990, undercutting many similarly sized electric SUVs. That pricing is reinforced by a seven-year vehicle warranty, eight-year battery cover, and extended roadside assistance, all carried over for 2026.

Rather than reinventing itself, the 2026 Skyworth BE11 refines what was already there. The updates feel measured and practical, shaped by feedback rather than ambition, and aimed squarely at buyers who value space, comfort, and reassurance over novelty.
