125 Years of Motorsport Marked by Customer Edition
The 2026 Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 Anniversary Edition marks 125 years of Skoda Motorsport, a legacy that traces back to the 1901 Paris to Berlin race. The celebration is not limited to heritage displays. It is applied directly to the brand’s most successful contemporary rally car.
For the anniversary year, each newly delivered Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 will be equipped with a dedicated package of additional features. The approach is consistent with Skoda Motorsport’s customer racing philosophy: commemorate the milestone while enhancing the product for teams competing across WRC2, the FIA European Rally Championship and regional series.
Functional Upgrades with Commemorative Identity
The anniversary package includes rear polycarbonate windows, crossmember covers for gravel and asphalt, and CV joint sleeves. A light engine wiring setup and an updated central panel are also part of the specification. Teams purchasing extra lights will receive a dedicated lights bag.
Six magnesium OZ rims in special colours form part of the package, underscoring the car’s competition intent. These are not decorative additions. They are components designed for stage durability and weight control.
Visually, the 2026 Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 Anniversary Edition carries decals in a dedicated “125 Years” design. A Unique Dark Chrome logo appears on the bonnet, accompanied by an interior plaque and a cloth car cover bearing the anniversary branding. The cockpit features a “125 Years” welcome display, reinforcing the limited-year identity at start-up.
Each customer also receives a selection of Skoda Motorsport merchandising items as part of the anniversary gesture.
Proven Rally Performance Platform
The edition is based on the Skoda Fabia RS Rally2, one of the most successful Rally2 cars in recent seasons. In 2025, customer team Toksport WRT secured the WRC2 Teams’ title in the FIA World Rally Championship. Crews competing in the Fabia RS Rally2 also claimed the WRC2 Challenger title, the WRC Masters Cup, the FIA European Rally Championship, and continental titles in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions.
In total, drivers using rally cars from Mladá Boleslav secured 20 national championships alongside multiple sub-championship titles.
The 2026 Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 Anniversary Edition does not introduce mechanical performance changes beyond the specified package components.
Positioning in the Rally2 Landscape
Within the Rally2 category, where manufacturers such as Ford and Hyundai compete with customer-focused programs [Inference], Skoda Motorsport continues to lean on consistency and depth of support. For the third consecutive year, it will operate a dedicated Bonus Program for teams in the FIA European Rally Championship. It also maintains a spare parts truck presence at selected ERC and WRC events.
The anniversary edition sits comfortably within that ecosystem. It acknowledges 125 years of competition while reinforcing Skoda’s role as a supplier of turnkey rally solutions.
The car itself remains compact, square-shouldered and purposeful. Short overhangs, a planted stance and the familiar Fabia silhouette define its proportions. The graphics are celebratory, but the message is clear: the mission remains performance.
