2026 Novitec Esteso Widebody SE

By Lorenzo Bianchi

  • Based on the Lamborghini Urus SE plug-in hybrid, which produces 588 kW (800 hp) and 950 Nm.

  • Widebody adds 10 cm of width at the front and 12 cm at the rear, with visible-carbon components and optional aero upgrades.

  • Features include 23-inch forged NL wheels, a gold-plated INCONEL exhaust system and a lowered ride height via CAN-Tronic suspension.

Design and Proportions of the Vehicle

The 2026 Novitec Esteso Widebody SE takes the already imposing Lamborghini Urus SE and pushes its stance firmly into super-SUV territory. The widebody elements immediately reshape the SUV’s proportions. The fender flares widen the front axle by 10 centimetres and the rear by 12, producing a muscular silhouette that reads as lower and broader even before considering the aero add-ons

Each flare blends into tailor-made bumper transitions, while new rocker panels smooth the flow between the widened arches. The result is a profile that looks more cohesive than exaggerated—there’s a calculated tension in the way the arches frame the 23-inch wheels, and the visible-carbon surfaces create sharp edges of light and shadow. In photos, the optional Novitec hood, available either with a carbon insert or entirely in exposed carbon, anchors the nose with motorsport-like detail.

At the front, an optional spoiler not only amplifies visual aggression but also reduces front-axle lift at high speeds. The rear is equally defined: a visible-carbon diffuser and an aero set consisting of a RACE roof spoiler and a rear lip spoiler sharpen the back of the SUV into something closer to a GT racer than a family-sized PHEV.

Performance and Powertrain Overview

Underneath the bodywork lies the Urus SE’s plug-in hybrid system. Lamborghini’s official figures list 588 kW (800 hp) and 950 Nm, making it one of the most powerful hybrid SUVs in the segment. Novitec’s upgrades focus on breathing and exhaust character rather than altering core hybrid output.

The signature component is the INCONEL high-performance exhaust system, the top-tier version plated in 999 fine gold. Novitec uses the material for heat management and weight reduction; the gold plating gives the pipes a distinctive visual glow and helps thermal stability under prolonged load

Actively controlled butterfly valves adjust sound from subtle to aggressively sharp. Stainless-steel versions are also available, while sports metal catalysts can be optioned for additional performance tuning.

Key Features and Interior Impression

Novitec designed the widebody kit from PU-RIM in OEM quality, ensuring factory-grade fit and paint compatibility. Additional visible-carbon components—mirror caps, fender inserts, front-fascia plates—allow owners to scale the visual intensity.

The wheel setup is central to the Esteso character. Developed with Vossen, the forged NL alloys measure 10.5J×23 at the front and 12J×23 at the rear. Tire sizes of 285/35 R23 and 325/30 R23 fill the extended arches completely, giving the SUV a planted, square stance. A CAN-Tronic suspension module lowers the ride height by up to 25 mm, tightening the visual proportions without compromising drivability

Inside, Novitec offers practically unlimited upholstery customization—exotic leathers, Alcantara options and color combinations tailored down to the smallest detail.

Market Positioning and Segment Context

Novitec’s Esteso lineup has become the SUV counterpart to its long-running N-Largo program for supercars. Positioned as a fusion of performance, design and bespoke craftsmanship, the Esteso Widebody SE remains squarely aimed at owners who find a stock Urus SE too understated. With the Lamborghini platform offering massive hybrid output and AWD traction, Novitec’s strategy is less about chasing raw power and more about amplifying presence, aero confidence and sound.

For buyers who want rarity, visual theater and craftsmanship layered into a high-performance PHEV, the Esteso Widebody SE sits near the top of the segment.
