2026 Nissan Juke Pulse Edition

By Lorenzo Bianchi

  • Special edition adds unique roof graphic and 19-inch aero wheels.

  • Interior upgraded with blue synthetic leather and Bose 10-speaker audio.

  • Hybrid and 1.0L turbo petrol powertrains available.

A sharper visual identity for the Juke

The 2026 Nissan Juke Pulse Edition leans heavily into design, which isn’t unusual for this model line. What’s different here is how deliberately Nissan has pushed the visual theme.

At the centre is a sound-wave inspired roof graphic, with the Pulse name integrated directly into the pattern. It’s not subtle, and it’s not meant to be. The new Ocean Deep body colour works with it rather than against it, giving the car a darker, more saturated look overall.

There’s also a contrasting black roof and mirror caps, which tighten up the proportions visually. The 19-inch aero wheels add another layer, finished with inserts that echo the same Ocean Deep tone.

Proportions stay familiar, details do the work

The underlying shape of the Juke hasn’t changed, and that’s important. It’s still compact, still upright, still slightly exaggerated in its proportions compared to more conventional crossovers.

What the Pulse Edition does is refine how those proportions read. The darker finishes and graphic elements pull the eye lower and toward the centre of the car. It looks more planted as a result, even though the dimensions remain the same. [Inference]

Interior carries the theme through

Inside, the changes are more noticeable than expected for a special edition.

The dashboard, centre console and door panels are finished in dark blue synthetic leather, which gives the cabin a slightly richer tone without overcomplicating things. Gloss black accents sit around the vents and controls, while Mélange fabric inserts extend into the rear seats to keep everything consistent.

It builds on the N-Connecta grade, so equipment levels are already reasonably high. The addition of bucket-style seats, ambient lighting, and a Bose Personal audio system with 10 speakers shifts the focus slightly toward comfort and sound quality.

Technology and driver assistance updates

Nissan has added its full safety pack as standard here, alongside features like the 360-degree Around View Monitor. In tighter environments, that alone makes a noticeable difference.

ProPilot is also included, bringing assisted driving functions into the mix. Navigation and wireless charging are part of the package as well, rounding out the everyday usability side of things.

Powertrain options remain unchanged

Under the surface, the Pulse Edition sticks with existing Juke powertrains.

The hybrid setup pairs a petrol engine with two electric motors, producing 143 horsepower and 353 Nm of torque, supported by a 1.3 kWh battery. Nissan claims improved urban efficiency and the ability to run in electric-only mode under certain conditions.

Alongside it sits the 1.0-litre DIG-T turbo petrol engine, producing 114 horsepower and up to 200 Nm. Buyers can choose between a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Positioned as a design-focused upgrade

The 2026 Nissan Juke Pulse Edition is less about changing the formula and more about sharpening it.

Pricing in European markets starts from £27,865 and rises to £31,395, placing it within the upper range of the Juke lineup.

For buyers drawn to the Juke’s character in the first place, this version leans further into that identity rather than trying to redefine it.
