But this new Grand Design version adds a layer of visual drama that feels closer to traditional chauffeur-driven flagships than the tech-heavy minimalism often seen in newer Chinese EV sedans.

The dark blue and white body combination gives the car a formal appearance without looking overly conservative. Gold accents appear almost everywhere. The front emblem, hood strip, wheel surrounds, C-pillars, and rear badging all receive gold detailing that immediately separates this version from the standard S800.
