The 2026 Ford Bronco ORV Package combines an Off-Road Suspension Kit by FOX, Bronco Raptor skid and fuel-tank plates, rocker-panel protection and RIGID auxiliary lighting.
Exterior modifications include a modular front bumper, 17-inch black WELD wheels, Havoc fender flares, red tow hooks, red grille lettering and exclusive ORV badging.
Available for select 2025 and 2026 four-door Bronco Base, Big Bend and Outer Banks models, the dealer-installed package has an MSRP of $18,995 and includes a supplemental three-year/36,000-mile warranty.
Ford Bronco ORV Package Introduces Trail Equipment
Ford has introduced the Custom Garage Bronco ORV Package, bringing together suspension, protection and lighting upgrades for selected four-door Bronco models.
The 2026 Ford Bronco ORV Package is not a separate vehicle or trim level. Instead, it combines Ford Accessories and Ford Racing Parts into a coordinated package that customers can order through participating Ford dealers.
The aim is to simplify the process of modifying an existing Bronco specification without purchasing individual components from different sources.
Modular Front Bumper and Red Exterior Accents
The exterior receives a modular front bumper with park aid, supplemented by RIGID auxiliary lighting for additional illumination.

Havoc fender flares surround the wheel openings, and rocker-panel trail armor provides protection along the lower body.
Ford also includes a blackout graphic, giving the side profile a different appearance from a regular Bronco.

FOX Suspension and Bronco Raptor Protection
The most significant mechanical addition is the Off-Road Suspension Kit by FOX, intended to improve the Bronco's suitability for demanding trails.
Underneath, skid plates and fuel-tank protection sourced from the Bronco Raptor equipment range help shield vulnerable components from contact with obstacles.
The package also includes an auxiliary switch kit and Ford's ProCal calibration tool.

Compatibility depends on trim, camera equipment, Lux configuration and the presence of the Sasquatch Package. Bronco Raptor and Badlands models are excluded.
Ford lists the package at $18,995, although dealer pricing and installation charges can vary.
A supplemental Ford Racing Parts warranty provides coverage for three years or 36,000 miles from the vehicle's original in-service date. Installation by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician does not void the standard new-vehicle warranty.
