By Lorenzo Bianchi October 22, 2026
The 2026 Fiat Pandina Tributo Autobianchi was introduced on October 21, 2026, exactly 30 years after the registration of the final Autobianchi Y10, with the new edition positioned at the top of the Pandina range.
Exclusive Platino paint, an optional black roof and tailgate, 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and dedicated Tributo Autobianchi graphics distinguish the exterior.
The cabin features Light-sand microfibre seats with a quadrettoni pattern, a Platino dashboard fascia and special welcome graphics. Production takes place at Pomigliano d'Arco in Italy.
Fiat Pandina Tributo Autobianchi Celebrates 30 Years of the Y10
FIAT has introduced the Pandina Tributo Autobianchi, a new range-topping version of its compact city car that looks back to the Autobianchi Y10. Announced on October 21, 2026, the edition arrives exactly 30 years after the registration of the final Y10 built.
The model is sometimes referred to as the 2026 Fiat Panda Tributo Autobianchi, although FIAT's official name is Pandina Tributo Autobianchi. Its connection to the original Panda is historical as well as visual: the Y10, launched in 1985, used a platform derived from the FIAT Panda.
Exclusive Platino Paint and Contrasting Black Tailgate
The most immediately recognisable addition is Platino, an exterior colour developed exclusively for the edition. Buyers can choose a full-body finish or a bicolour treatment pairing Platino with a black roof and tailgate.
That contrasting tailgate is a deliberate reference to the Autobianchi Y10. Black mirror caps and skid plates carry the theme along the sides and lower body, while a dedicated Tributo Autobianchi graphic identifies the edition along the doors.
The launch photograph shows the Pandina's compact, upright five-door outline, rather than a new body shape. FIAT has not published revised dimensions, wheelbase figures or aerodynamic specifications for the tribute model.
15 Inch Diamond Cut Wheels With Dedicated Logos
The special edition sits on 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, complete with dedicated logos on the centre caps.
Their contrasting finish provides another identifying detail without substantially changing the car's familiar silhouette.
Light Sand Interior With Quadrettoni Seat Pattern
Inside, light sand-coloured microfibre upholstery carries a chequered "quadrettoni" pattern. The front headrests have dedicated logos, and the same pale shade appears on soft-touch door panel inserts.
A Platino-painted dashboard fascia brings the exterior colour into the cabin, set against glossy black elements and a soft-touch steering wheel. The instrument cluster and radio also receive unique Tributo Autobianchi welcome graphics.
FIAT does not specify revised screen dimensions, passenger measurements or luggage capacity in the announcement. The interior changes described are primarily materials, colours and edition-specific graphics rather than a wholesale dashboard redesign.
Autobianchi Y10 Heritage and Italian Production
The reference point is the Y10, introduced in 1985 with compact dimensions and finishes intended to bring a different character to small cars. Its Panda-derived underpinnings make the anniversary connection more than a nameplate exercise.
The Pandina Tributo Autobianchi is produced at the Pomigliano d'Arco plant in Italy and is positioned at the top of the existing Pandina line-up.
FIAT reports 100,000 European A-segment registrations for Pandina during the first nine months of 2026, up seven per cent year on year. Italy accounted for 86,000 registrations over that period.
