2026 Ferrari Daytona SP3 Tailor Made

By Lorenzo Bianchi

  • This one-off Daytona SP3 revives 1960s Ferrari racing livery in a dramatic way.

  • Built under Ferrari’s ultra-exclusive Tailor Made program, it’s more than just paint—it’s heritage on wheels.

  • The naturally aspirated V12 lives on gloriously, untouched by turbos or batteries.

Tailor Made with a Purpose

Commissioned under Ferrari’s bespoke Tailor Made division, this unique SP3 was built for a charity auction benefiting education. But don’t mistake it for a marketing prop. This thing is art, in motion or not.

It wears a deep blue livery—Azzurro La Plata—with a contrasting Giallo Modena nose stripe, straight out of Ferrari’s 330 P4 and 412 P racing playbook. The exposed carbon accents are matte, the shields are hand-painted, and even the Cavallino badges seem to shimmer differently in this light.

It’s restrained by Ferrari standards. But that’s kind of the point.

Classic Form, Modern Muscle

Design-wise, the Daytona SP3 is already one of Ferrari’s most visually aggressive recent builds. That low, wide stance. The dramatic horizontal slats across the rear. It’s as if Ferrari sculpted it with the wind and history both whispering in their ear.

In this special spec, the surfacing feels even bolder. Every vent, every crease seems to belong more—like it was always meant to look this way. The color scheme doesn’t just flatter the shape, it sharpens it.

A V12, Just Because

Of course, the engine stays untouched—and thank god for that. The 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 still delivers its full 829 hp (618 kW), revving all the way to 9,500 rpm. No hybrid, no turbo. Just the kind of raw, high-revving drama that made people fall in love with Ferraris in the first place.

This isn’t the future of Ferrari, it’s a celebration of the past, preserved in carbon and metal. And in an era where even supercars are going silent, that matters.

A Collector’s Unicorn

Only 599 SP3s exist globally. But this one? It’s one-of-one. That Tailor Made badge on the dash isn’t just decoration. It’s a timestamp. A reminder that Ferrari still knows how to build cars that stir something deeper than spec sheets.

Rivals? Not really the point here. This is rarified air. The Lamborghini SC63, Aston Martin Valkyrie, maybe a few boutique coachbuilt specials—none carry the same lineage or livery story.
