From the first press photos, the proportions feel right. The stance is clean and assured, riding somewhere between executive and explorer. The design exudes confidence naturally; it has balanced overhangs, a strong beltline, and LED detailing that conveys accuracy without drawing attention to itself.
Underneath, the B5 runs on BYD’s DM-O (Dual Mode Offroad) platform — a hybrid setup designed to prioritize electric performance while retaining the durability expected from a proper four-wheel drive.
