Sharper design with a more defined stance
The 2026 Audi Q3 S-Line F3 US Version moves the design forward without stepping too far away from what already works. It still reads as a compact premium SUV, but the details have been tightened.
The Singleframe grille sits higher and wider, giving the front end a more upright presence. Headlights are slimmer, pulled into the bodywork rather than sitting on top of it. It’s a cleaner look overall, more deliberate.
Along the sides, a strong shoulder line splits light and shadow across the panels. It’s subtle in photos, but it changes how the body reads in motion. The rear follows a similar approach. A continuous light strip stretches across, paired with optional OLED elements that add a bit more depth at night.
The S-Line treatment leans further into contrast with sportier bumpers and darker trim options, giving the Q3 a slightly more assertive edge without altering its proportions.
Proportions balance presence and usability
Nothing dramatic has happened to the Q3’s footprint, and that’s intentional. It still sits in that middle ground. Not too large, not too compact.
The stance feels planted, helped by wider wheel options going up to 20 inches. The body remains upright enough to prioritise visibility and access, while the Sportback version introduces a slightly lower roofline for those wanting something more dynamic.
It’s a familiar balance, just refined.
Interior shifts toward a digital-first layout
Inside, the biggest changes are immediately visible. The cabin now centres around a curved digital display setup, combining an 11.9-inch instrument cluster with a 12.8-inch central touchscreen.
The layout feels more driver-focused than before. Less clutter, fewer physical controls, and more emphasis on the screen interface.
Audi has also reworked the steering column controls, moving the gear selector off the centre console. That small change opens up more storage space and simplifies the layout.
Ambient lighting plays a bigger role too. There’s more of it, and it’s more integrated into the structure of the cabin rather than just added on. Even the door panels can be illuminated, giving the interior a slightly more layered feel at night.
Powertrains range from mild hybrid to plug-in

The entry-level petrol engine is a 1.5-litre unit with mild hybrid assistance, focused on efficiency and everyday usability. Step up, and there are more powerful 2.0-litre variants with quattro all-wheel drive.
The more interesting option sits with the plug-in hybrid. It combines a petrol engine with an electric motor to produce a total output of 200 kW, along with a battery that enables up to 119 km of electric-only driving.
It’s a noticeable shift. Not just about efficiency, but flexibility in how the car is used day to day.
Practical features remain central to the package
Despite the added tech, the Q3 hasn’t lost its practical side. Boot space starts at 488 litres and can expand significantly with the rear seats folded.
The rear bench can also slide and adjust its angle, which helps balance passenger comfort with cargo space depending on the situation.
Towing capacity reaches up to 2,100 kg, keeping it relevant for buyers who need more than just urban usability.
Positioned as a more complete compact SUV
