2026 Alfa Romeo 4C Collezione GT
By Lorenzo Bianchi October 18, 2025
The 2026 Alfa Romeo 4C Collezione GT celebrates racing legend Nicola Larini and the 1993 DTM title with the 155 V6 TI.
Giallo Ocra, Verde Pino, and Rosso Prugna — form the tribute series.
Built under Stellantis Heritage’s “Reloaded by Creators” program, each car receives Larini’s signature and bespoke finishes.
At Arese’s test track, where Alfa Romeo’s past still hums through the asphalt, the 2026 Alfa Romeo 4C Collezione GT made its quiet debut. The first of three collector cars — a Giallo Ocra coupe personally handed over by Nicola Larini — marks both a celebration and a closing chapter. Few projects tie nostalgia and precision this tightly
A Tribute Woven in Color and Memory
This isn’t just another “special edition.” Stellantis Heritage, through its Reloaded by Creators program, reimagined the 4C as a living tribute to Larini — the Tuscan driver who delivered Alfa Romeo its 1993 DTM crown behind the wheel of the 155 V6 TI.
The ceremony itself carried symbolic weight: Larini back on track, taking a demonstration lap before handing over the keys to the new owner. It was part ritual, part farewell — a reminder of the link between driver and machine that made Alfa Romeo’s 1990s race cars feel almost human
Design That Speaks Fluently in Heritage
The Collezione GT is still a 4C at heart — mid-engine, carbon monocoque, light and unapologetically analog — but its skin tells a different story. The design team at Alfa Romeo Centro Stile, led by Alessandro Maccolini, reinterpreted the spirit of the 1960s Giulia GT with modern restraint. The paintwork is what defines each of the three cars: the mustard-tinted Giallo Ocra shown here, a forthcoming Verde Pino, and a deep Rosso Prugna. Each wears tone-on-tone wheels and Larini’s signature on the hood, dashboard, and seatbacks.
Up close, it’s the little touches that resonate — the matte black microfiber dashboard eliminating glare, the steering-wheel sightline marker straight out of a touring car, and the familiar cloverleaf badge that anchors the nose. There’s no carbon vanity here, just meticulous craft aimed at making the cockpit feel purposeful rather than decorative
A Collectible with Real Pedigree
Each car is certified by Alfa Romeo Classiche, complete with documentation and a presentation by Stellantis Heritage’s Special Vehicles Manager. Only three will ever exist, and that scarcity matters — these aren’t dealership floor curiosities but museum-grade machines intended for collectors who remember Larini’s number 8 DTM car tearing through Hockenheim.
Mechanically, the 4C’s core remains untouched — its 1.75-liter turbocharged four still produces around 240 hp through a dual-clutch gearbox — but that’s not really the point. What Alfa has created is a reflection of its past, polished just enough to survive the present.
